StallSync connects local artisans and event hosts - making it easy to plan, promote and fill events with the the right people.

Finding event opportunities takes time, often it involves searching social media and emailing multiple event hosts to see if they have space for your stall. This is where StallSync's smart matching steps in. Once you have completed your profile and set your availability, the matching system takes over. Whenever an event host creates an event through StallSync, if you are available and live close to the event, then you will be added to the matching list for the event host to select from. You will receive an email notification each time you are invited to an event. 
Event hosts use your availability to find vendors who are free for their events. You can set both individual and recurring days, so if you are always busy on Friday's or free every other Sunday, you can set it like that. 

Events booked through StallSync will show up on your calendar too.
It is rare these days for an event of any calibre to not request their vendors have Public Liability Insurance. and keeping track of those documents can be a headache. StallSync makes it effortless. Simply upload your certificates once, and they’ll be stored securely in your personal Document Vault. Whenever you accept an event, the relevant documents are automatically shared with the event host. No more lost emails or last-minute scrambles. The same goes for Food Hygiene and Gas Safety Certs (looking at you food vendors).

For event hosts, it is a major time-saver. You can instantly see which vendors have valid insurance. Expiry dates are tracked automatically and renewal reminders are sent a month before expiry automatically, keeping everyone organised and compliant. 


For Event Hosts, you can choose to export all of this as a PDF for your records, but StallSync will keep a record with the event anyway. 


Here’s another clever thing about StallSync... by the time a vendor accepts an event invitation, everything’s already in place. They’ve seen the full event details, venue information, and payment terms. Their Public Liability and other certificates are stored safely in their Document Vault, and their Digital Signature is ready to go. Accepting a booking is as simple as clicking “Accept” and paying securely via Stripe. All the paperwork happens automatically in the background. A completed contract PDF is emailed instantly to both parties, and the payment is held in escrow until after the event, allowing time for any disputes and helping protect both sides from scams.
