Your compliance documents are stored privately and only shared when you explicitly create a share link, accept a host's passport invitation, or download your own PDF. Every share link is logged, time-limited, and revocable. Payments are handled securely by Stripe.

Pricing and plans
Nothing scary. We don't take a credit card when you sign up, so you will never be charged automatically.
When your 30 days end, your account simply continues on the Free Plan. Your profile, Event Passport, and history all stay exactly where they are, and you can upgrade whenever you're ready.

For stallholders and food vendors
Not at all. Most Stallholders and Food Vendors are set up in just a few minutes.
You add your craft or food details, photos, availability, and contact info. StallSync then creates a professional profile page you can share, and even use as your own mini website.
No. StallSync doesn't take any commission on your sales or stall bookings.
If an Event Host takes stall payments through StallSync, the only cost is Stripe's standard card processing rate; we add no platform fees on top.
The StallSync Event Passport is your portable compliance and identity profile. It holds your insurance certificates, food safety documents, signed declarations, and attestations for regulations where no certificate exists.

No. StallSync provides the infrastructure for you to upload, declare, and share your compliance documents. You sign a declaration confirming each document is genuine and accurate.
StallSync does not verify document contents. Event hosts review your passport and decide what they require. Each party's role is clear and unambiguous.

You create your profile and you’re ready to go. You can import your existing vendor list and check their compliance documents straight away, no event required. When you create an event, you choose whether to take payments through Stripe or run them yourself.

Self-managed events require identity verification. StallSync's cancellation terms and dispute process apply to platform-payment events only.
